* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Mary Osborn
Mary E. Osborn, 90, Willshire, died at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 10, 2009.
She was born Dec. 26, 1918, in Lincoln County, Mo., to C. Clay Cox and Grace Elizabeth (McMahill) Cox. On March 31, 1939, she married Dr. Merrill J. Osborn, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Dean (Joanne) Osborn, Cincinnati, and Daryl (Candace) Osborn, Wapakoneta; two daughters, Deanne (John) Taylor, Austin, Texas, and Deborah (Dan) Schmidt, Willshire; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, RC Duane Osborn; a sister, Clara Finley; and a granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and attended Pleasant View Baptist Church, Wren.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, the Rev. Jeff Millay officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is noon to 3 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
