Dorothy Timmerman
Dorothy C. Timmerman, 84, Coldwater, died Oct. 2, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born June 10, 1926, in Sharpsburg, to John and Elizabeth Wilker Weitzel. On Nov. 15, 1947, she married Herbert H. Timmerman, who died Nov. 29, 2007.
Surviving are two sons, Jerome Timmerman, Osgood, and Luke (Sharon) Timmerman, Coldwater; a sister, Edna Rose, Fort Recovery; 11 in-laws, Sally Weitzel, Celina, Mary Ann Weitzel, Fort Recovery, Art Rindler, Burkettsville, Eva Weitzel, Sharpsburg, Betty Weitzel, Coldwater, Alice Weitzel, Osgood, Clarence Timmerman, Coldwater, Jean Timmerman, Coldwater, Alvin (Rose) Timmerman, Portland, Ind., Evelyn (Don) Kuether, Covington, and Catherine (Larry) Wendel, Wendelin; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are three children, Charles Timmerman, Eileen Ford and Mary Timmerman; a daughter-in-law, Margie Timmerman; 13 siblings, Aloys Weitzel, Arthur (Vita) Weitzel, Lorena (Wilbert) Boeckman, Clete Weitzel, Alvina Rindler, Lawrence (Marie) Weitzel, Joe Weitzel, Luke Rose, Julian Rammel, Richard Weitzel, Julius Weitzel, Patricia Timmerman and Ralph Timmerman.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater and its Ladies Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
