FORT RECOVERY - Wabash River Conservancy District board members meeting Saturday discussed results of a Sept. 29 inspection of the three dams the conservancy maintains.
CELINA - Some residents in East Jefferson Township went without water for several hours early this morning due to a water main break, Celina Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Mike Sudman said.
