* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While temperatures are expected to be in the upper single digits (above zero), a northwest wind at 10-15 mph will make temperatures feel as if they are colder than 10 below zero.

Lura Delle Kramer
Former Celina resident Lura Delle Kramer, 85, Carol Stream, Ill., died March 15, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 18, 1926, in Trenton, N.C. to Wade Walter and Emma Barker Mallard. She married E. Dale Kramer, who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Ernest Dale Jr. (Philomena) Kramer, Wisconsin; a daughter, Kyle Kareen (Paul) Holloway; two siblings, Sylvanus Mallard, N.C., and Joyce Eloise (Marlin) Herring, N.C.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren
Deceased is a great-grandchild.
She worked for Stokely Van Camp. She was active in the Order of Eastern Star.
Service is 10 a.m. Friday at West Jefferson United Methodist Church, where an Eastern Star service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery, Marysville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Windsor Park Benevolent Care Fund.
Rader-McDonald Funeral Home, West Jefferson, is handling arrangements.
