* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

William Wisener
William "Bill" Wisener, 56, of St. Marys, died at 11:57 p.m. Nov. 24, 2012, in the emergency department at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 4, 1956, in Lima, to Mark and Mary Edmiston Wisener. His mother, Mary Wisener Pruitt, survives in Wapakoneta.
On May 19, 1984, he married Marty Fry who survives
Survivors also include three children, Emily (Joe) Chilcoat, Beavercreek, Brian Wisener and Nichole "Nikki" Wisener, both of St. Marys; and six siblings, Wanda Edmiston and Mark Wisener Jr., both of Wapakoneta, Deb Shaner, Russells Point, John Wisener, Dominican Republic, and Tilly Tirado and Gary Pruitt, both of Tampa, Fla.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Edmiston and Kent Wisener.
He was employed as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician at Quality Plumbing and Heating in St. Marys. He was a member of First English Church in Wapakoneta and a 1974 graduate of Wapakoneta High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Jim Swaggart and Brian Wisener officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to Operation Christmas Child.
