Ada Klosterman
Ada Ruth Klosterman, 89, Celina, died at 11:59 p.m. Nov. 23, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born July 30, 1923, in Celina, to William and Bessie Watson Amerman. On Feb. 25, 1946, she married Cletus H. Klosterman, who died April 7, 2007.
Surviving are a son, Thomas (Jane) Klosterman, Tipp City; a daughter, Patricia (Henry) Timmerman, Coldwater; four sisters-in-law, Maxine Amerman, Van Wert, Alma Amerman, Urbana, Rita (Harry) Patrie, Celina, and Erma Klosterman, Celina; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Ed Amerman and Robert Amerman; and three sisters, Marian Harner, Lois Baker and Bessie Wait.
She was a 1941 graduate of Parkway High School, Rockford, and was retired from Citizens Commercial Bank as a bank auditor after 37 years.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Ladies Auxiliary Knights of St. John and the Altar Rosary Sodality. She was a member of the resurrection choir at the church and a member of the Business Professional Women's Club.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and before 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home Celina.
Memorials may be given to the I.C. Endowment Fund at the church or to State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice.
