* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Changes come to local school chief posts

CELINA - Celina City Schools Superintendent Jesse Steiner, 43, Thursday accepted the same position at Northwestern Local Schools District.
Steiner's hiring will be formally announced at the June 17 Northwestern board meeting, according a news release on the district's website. [More]

COLDWATER - A Franklin-Monroe principal has agreed to become the Coldwater Exempted Village Schools District's new superintendent.
Jason Wood, 43, has verbally accepted the job.
The school board offered the position June 4 after interviews earlier in the week, school board president Terry Schroyer said. Board members plan to approve the hiring June 22 during a special work session. [More]
