Charlotte Ramsey
Charlotte A. Ramsey age 69 of Celina, formerly of Dayton, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born May 6, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Vernon & Cecelia (Whitmore) Lewis.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 32 years, Robert Ramsey of Celina; one daughter & son-in-law, Angela & William McCormick of Vandalia; 4 grandchildren, Shawn & Sheena McCormick, Stacy McCormick & Anthony Cox, Kirsten and Kristina Benedick; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Makayla, Kadence, Daniel, & Sophie; 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Ginger & Shamsey Pirnia of Kettering and Mary & Kenneth Cupp of Tazwell Tenn; 3 brothers & Sisters-in-law, Allen & Carolyn Lewis of Vandalia, Dick & Gay Lewis of Fairfield Glade, Tenn and Bill & Shirley Lewis of Troy; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
Charlotte was the former Postmaster for the Osgood Post Office and was an active member and volunteer with St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina.
Charlotte loved her family and knew how to liven up every occasion. She valued her close-knit family and was full of spirit. She was kind-hearted and never met a stranger. Charlotte was deeply loved and will be missed by her family and all who had the privilege to know her.
Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday March 19th, 2016 at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or St. Paul's Methodist Church in Celina.
