FR225 Committee member Greg LeFevre welcomes about 400 people to the opening ceremony of Fort Recovery's 225th anniversary on Sunday afternoon at the new veterans plaza at Monument Park. The ceremony included the launch of 225 purple balloons to mark the start of the weeklong festivities.
