CELINA - An Indiana man suspected of robbing the Second National Bank in Celina on Sept. 23 was arrested Friday afternoon during a traffic stop in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Local officials hope people avoid joining the national trend of dressing as clowns to scare others.
People should not dress as a clown because someone's going to get hurt, St. Marys Police Chief Mark Ernst said.
CELINA - Mercer County commissioners this week agreed to disburse $402,000 in federal funds to Montezuma for villagewide street and alley projects.
The funds were awarded to the county through Community Development Block Grant Small Cities Program and the Office of Community Development.
