COLDWATER - Mercer Health board of governors members approved new contracts on Wednesday that included pay raises and changes to employee health insurance to control health-care costs that have been reportedly eating away at the organization's bottom line.

CHICKASAW - Voters will decide on the Nov. 5 ballot whether to replace the village's operating levy at a higher millage rate.
