  MONTEZUMA- Montezuma voters at the Nov. 5 general election will decide whether to renew a five-year, $44-per-parcel levy to continue funding lights for streets and other public areas.
Mayor Steve Fortman said the funds go toward Montezuma's street lights, as the village does not have a large income. The village has about 20 streetlights. [More]

COLDWATER - The Coldwater school district is sitting on an unencumbered balance of $32,197.66 in its permanent improvement fund, treasurer Jenn McCoy informed the school board on Tuesday night.
ST. MARYS - The city of St. Marys will soon roll out the next phase in the new refuse system.
