Philip Andres
Philip E. Andres, 76, 3262 state Route 219, Coldwater, died at 8:35 p.m. Nov. 17, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 24, 1930, in Coldwater to David Harold and Lillie Mae Clark Andres. On June 22, 1957, he married Edna Livick, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Gerald (Virginia) of Louisiana, and Todd (Michelle), Coldwater; a brother, James, Celina; and two grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.
He retired after 50 years at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of American Legion Post 470, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5135, both of Coldwater, and Beaver Chapel Congregational Christian Church, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Tom Christen officiating. Burial with military rites is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
