During the predawn hours, winds will increase ahead of a low pressure system moving east through the lower Great Lakes. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through this afternoon, possibly gusting to 45 mph in a few spots. Wind is expected to decrease overnight but remain relatively strong at 20-25 mph this evening. Please be aware of these strong winds especially if driving a higher profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects and shore up seasonal decorations if possible.
Plans for more fields are unlikely due to higher building costs, other factors

Solar fields have sprung up in recent years in Mercer County, cutting energy bills and fossil fuel use. However, despite the fields' relative success, plans for additional solar projects are not so sunny.
CELINA - Saturday evening was a swimming showcase for Celina on Senior Night.
The number-heavy WaterDogs swept the boys' and girls' team titles in a tri-meet with Coldwater and St. Marys at the Auglaize/Mercer County Family YMCA. MARIA STEIN - Marion Local scored 26 unanswered points spanning the first and second halves to dig itself out of a 13-point hole and then held on for a 54-48 victory over St. Marys in non-league girls action Saturday at the Hangar.
MINSTER - Minster started 2015 with a bang as it dominated Celina 72-31 in a battle of Grand Lake area girls basketball teams Saturday afternoon at Wildcat Gymnasium.
Scorching hot shooting came in handy for Celina as the Bulldogs snapped back from Tuesday's loss to St. Henry and beat Toledo Central Catholic 71-67 Saturday night at the Fieldhouse.
