John Brower
John A. Brower, 35, of New Bremen, Ohio, died Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
He was born February 28, 1984, in Dayton, the son of Robert and Sondra (Imwalle) Brower, II.
He is survived by his mother, Sondra (Robert) Bernardi of Celina; by his father, Robert (Barb) Brower, II of Troy, Ohio; by his fiancee, Heidi McVety of New Bremen; by his brother, Robert (Katie) Brower of Clayton, Ohio.
He is survived by his maternal grandmother, Martha (Richard) Scherer of Saint Marys. He is also survived by his step-siblings Gina Mabeltini of Dayton; Robert Bernardi, Jr. of London, Ohio. He is survived by his extended family including Eric (Gwen) Imwalle of Saint Marys; Allen (Karen) Imwalle of Saint Marys; Stan (Cindy) Steinke of Wapakoneta; Rick (Tori) Imwalle of Saint Marys; Kim Imwalle of Neptune; Mike (Holly) Kurtz of Farmersville; Tammy Imwalle of Trotwood; Scott (Jemma) Imwalle of North Carolina; Rick (Melissa) Scherer of Vandalia; Mary (Keith) Jenkins of Vandalia; Roy Bernardi of Connecticut; Lois (Thomas) Bernardi of South Carolina; Rick (Patty) DeNuzzo of Tipp City.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Richard Imwalle; by his paternal grandparents, Robert (Helen) Brower.
John was a graduate of Northmont High School and Hocking College. He was a professional roofer with Ohio-Indiana Roofing Company. He was a great cook and could fix anything. He loved kids and animals, and he never knew a stranger.
Graveside funeral rites will be held 12:00 noon Monday, August 12, 2019, at Salem Baptist Cemetery, Hagerstown, Indiana, Pastor Nathan Pelfrey, Jr., officiant.
Friends may call from 2-6 P.M. Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys.
