THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 220 IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS

At 538 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Arlington to near Sidney, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Kenton, Ada, West Liberty, Anna, Jackson Center, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Hardin, and Northwood.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 91 and 106.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
