A city-authored marketing analysis of the downtown district shows that reinvigorating the city's center will be a challenge.

Celina City Council members approved a set of architectural guidelines for the downtown business district as part of the city's efforts to win $400,000 in Ohio Department of Development downtown revitalization grant money.
Four positions will be eliminated from Celina City Schools employment roles for the next school year, but district officials say only one staff member will completely lose his/her job.
School lunches will increase between a nickel and 15 cents when Celina City Schools students return to classes in August.
