Former Celina resident David Ross Zeigler, 64, of Cleveland, died May 21, 2007, at the V.A Hopistal, Cleveland.

He was born Jan. 16, 1943, in Mendon, to Creighton and Ada Nichols Zeigler. He married Carol Weinle.

Surviving are two sons, Mark (Becky), Van Wert, and Alan (Dawn), Ohio City; three brothers, Tom (Nancy), Troy, Paul (Polly), Celina, and William (Gloria), Montezuma; four sisters, Mary (Arthur) Finnegan, Florida, Jo (Robert) Mosier, Ohio City, Carol (Harold) Welker, Troy, and Phyllis (Wayne) Gamble, Ohio City; and three grandchildren.

Deceased is a brother, James, and a sister-in-law, Charlene.

He retired as a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Service were May 24, 2007, at Tomon & Sons Funeral Home, Middleburg Heights, Cleveland. Burial was in the Westwood Abbey at Sunset Memorial Park, Cleveland.
