* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Louise Stammen
Louise A. Stammen, 81, 412 East Kremer-Hoying Road, St. Henry, died Sept. 9, 2009, at her residence.
She was born March 12, 1928, in St. Henry to William and Cora King Wourms. On Feb. 19, 1949, she married Orville "Pete" Stammen, who died Aug. 5, 2005.
Surviving are six sons, Dave Stammen and Chuck Stammen, both of St. Henry, Bill (Janie) Stammen, Celina, Tom (Jo Ellen) Stammen, Camden, Maine, and Mark (Christina) Stammen and Bob (Amy) Stammen, all of St. Henry; three daughters, Shirley (Eric) Luttmer, Wilmington, N.C., Pat Puthoff, St. Henry, and Carolyn (Nick) Dammeyer, Celina; a sister, Della Mae Lincoln, Dayton; 28 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Ken and Paul Wourms; a sister, Marie Fiely; and a son-in-law, Frank Puthoff.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Daughters of Isabella, Altar Rosary Sodality and choir.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, Revs. Tom Hemm and Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
