* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Dorothy Bennett
Dorothy J. Bennett, 80, Ohio City, died at 11:12 a.m. Nov. 20, 2010, at CHP-Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert.
She was born Jan. 1, 1930, in Ohio City to Alfred T. and Lucille Frances Hoverman Mottinger. On June 2, 1951, she married Max W. Bennett, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Greg (Susan) Bennett, Ohio City; a brother-in-law, Theo (Marlene) Bennett, Kettering; a sister-in-law, Lois Fox, Celina; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Charles and Clarence Mottinger.
She lived in Florida where she owned and worked at a beauty shop. She retired from Van Wert County Hospital where she worked as a respiratory therapist, in the intensive care unit and with the switchboard and admissions. She was a member of the Ohio City Church of God. She was a 1948 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School. She was a member of the Van Wert County Hospital Twiggs II and the Women's Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 346 in Ohio City.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. Randy Bevington officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home in Van Wert.
