* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Kennon Harmeson
W. Kennon Harmeson, 96, Greenville, died Nov. 20, 2010, at the Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville.
He was born June 17, 1914, in Randolph County, Ind., to Orville and Lulu Locke Harmeson. He married Gladys Kaffenberger, who died June 29, 2010.   
Surviving is a daughter, Shirley (Don) Slyder, Ansonia; a son, James Harmeson, Rossburg; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
Also deceased are a daughter-in-law, Sue Harmeson, and an infant brother.
He worked at Frigidaire in Dayton for 35 years. He was a longtime member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Recovery.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Paul Young officiating. Burial is at Spring Hill Cemetery near Fort Recovery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville.
Memorials may be made to the church, the Brethren Retirement Commmunity-Resident Aid Fund or State of the Heart Hospice.
