* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Ronald Dunlap
Ronald L. "Peaches" Dunlap, 68, St. Marys, died at 7:15 a.m. Nov. 21, 2010, at the St. Marys Living Center.
He was born April 21, 1942, in St. Marys to Harold and Betty Goodwin Dunlap. He married Helen Huber, who died May 28, 2005.
Surviving are three children, Carolyn Dunlap, Ronald Dunlap Jr. and Jeffrey Dunlap, all of San Diego, Calif.; six siblings, James (Sandy) Dunlap, St. Marys, Bettina Winters, St. Marys, Sondra (Dennis) Kugler, St. Marys, Kathy (Dennis) Ward, Wapakoneta, Valerie (Danny) Salisbury, St. Marys, and Anita (Ron) Savage, St. Marys; and a grandson.
Also deceased are three brothers, Stevie, Harold and Mike Dunlap.
He worked at the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
