* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Harold Feltz
Harold Feltz, 70, Coldwater, died at 12:29 a.m. Nov. 21, 2010, at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born June 30, 1940, in St. Henry to Oscar and Anna Heinrichs Feltz. On May 12, 1963, he married Kathy Garman, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are three children, Brad (Lisa) Feltz, New Bremen, Tanya (David) Kinderdine, Kalamazoo, Mich., and Missy Feltz, Moraine; five siblings, Wilbur Feltz, St. Henry, Don Feltz, Coldwater, Virginia (Earl) Schlater, New Weston, Tony (Betty) Feltz, St. Henry, and Barb (Ken) Wenning, McCartyville; two sisters-in-law, Auddi Niekamp, Chickasaw, and Jan Garman, Salinas, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Todd Feltz; a granddaughter; two sisters-in-law, Alice Feltz and Alice Feltz; and two brothers-in-law, Fuzzy Boeckman and Don Niekamp.
He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Knights of Columubs Council 1991, both of Coldwater. He retired from Coldwater Machine.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County in Celina.
