Abigail Lipinski, 22, Waynesfield, is a registered dental assistant at Botkins Family Dental and is a student in the dental hygiene program at Rhodes State College. She will present a HERStory focused on increasing access to dental care. Her community service initiative is Project Smile. Her sponsor is Armcorp Construction. She is the daughter of Stanley and Christina Lipinski.
