Leah Wuebker, 18, Fort Recovery, is a recent graduate of Fort Recovery High School and will attend Bowling Green State University to study music education. She will sing "In My Own Little Corner." Her community service initiative is "The Importance of Music Education." Her sponsor is The Peoples Bank Co. She is the daughter of Joe and Julie Wuebker.
