Kara Fullenkamp, 17, Rockford, is a senior at Parkway High School and is employed at 7 Brew Coffee. She will perform a flute solo of "Ave Maria." Her community service initiative is "Music for Mental Health." She is the daughter of Jason and Jennifer Fullenkamp.
