Jada Highley, 17, Celina, is a senior at Celina High School and works at Lake City Creamery. She will perform a speed painting of the Statue of Liberty. Her community service initiative is "Beyond the Page: Strengthening Opportunities Through Education." She is the daughter of Chad and Tammara Highley.
