Kennedy Sprague, 17, Celina, is a senior at Celina High School and is a lifeguard at the Bryson Pool. She will present a HERStory about growing up as a military child. Her community service initiative is "Stars, Stripes, and Smiles." She is the daughter of Kevin Sprague and Lindsay Wagner.
