Hydroplanes in six different classes raced on the one mile course on Grand Lake during the 2008 Governor's Cup Regatta in Celina. This year's races were also the American Power Boat Association's Inboard Summer Nationals which drew a record 91 boats. The 2008 Governor's Cup was won by 16-year-old Brandon Kennedy, a fourth generation driver from Bear, Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Patchy slick spots could develop on elevated roadways where temperatures drop below freezing.
