Summer is often a time of rest and relaxation for most students. However, students involved in 4-H projects hardly have the summer off. Students in 4-H spend their summers prepping their animals or perfecting their projects, creating a project book and learning all about their projects in preparation for the Mercer County Fair in August. Haylee Harling, 13, of Celina and her dog Reba will compete in agility, obedience and rally at this year's fair.
