Some thrills and especially the spills kept the crowd cheering at the Beer Tray Relay during the Minster Oktoberfest on Saturday. The annual contest challenges four-man teams to carry four cups of brew perched atop a beer tray around an obstacle course. The contestants must single-handedly carry their tray over a plank, through some hoops, under a bar, and around a few cones before gingerly handing off to the next team member. Teams were judged on both head-to-head speed against another team and, of course, the amount of beer that makes it to the finish line.
