The final seven sections of the Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS) tower were lifted into place by helicopter Wednesday. The 450-foot tower, off of Dibble Road near Wright State University Lake Campus, is being payed for by the state.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
