Daily precipitation over the past week has dumped 5 to 6 inches of rain over most of the Grand Lake area causing flooding and road closures.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
