Work is complete on the 40 acre Coldwater Creek Treatment Train which filters water from Coldwater Creek through natural wetland vegetation before flowing into Grand Lake.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 5 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
