The Mercer and Auglaize County Sheriff departments, in conjunction with Celina Police Department and the Grand Lake Drug Task Force, arrested Scott A. Stein, 719 S. Elm Street Celina early Friday morning. The arrest was the result of a 16 month investigation. In Stein's possession were three shotguns, a revolver, three grams of cocaine, marijuana, and 3.59 pounds of crystal methamphetamine.
