Dotting the local landscape are numerous one room schoolhouses from a century ago. The majority of them have been razed, but the remaining ones are used in many different ways than they were intended. Jackie Arling is giving the Puthoff Schoolhouse, on the corner of St. Johns and Huwer Roads south of Maria Stein, new life as a renovated home.

* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
