Rob "Dusty" Rutledge has been on collegiate coaching staffs at West Virginia, Michigan, Indiana and Arizona. He was also a regular on the Discovery Channel reality show "American Muscle." Through all of that, the Parkway alum kept a close eye on the state of football in Rockford and he has now returned home in hopes of improving the program.
