Sharon Dues
Coldwater native Sharon S. Dues, 59, Portland, Ind., died Nov. 27, 2012, at her home.
She was born Feb. 18, 1953, in Coldwater, to Frederick J. and Delma L. Speck Rammel. Her mother survives in Celina. On July 29, 1972, she married Joseph H. Dues, who also survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Shelly (Jeff) Vaughn, Fort Recovery, and Pam (Pete) Reinhart, New Bremen; three sons, Joe M. (Gail) Dues, Portland, Tim (Casey) Dues, New Knoxville, and Ben (Jamie) Dues, Portland; six brothers, Larry (Ginny) Rammel, Greenville, Dave (Beck) Rammel, Fort Recovery, Tom (Sandy) Rammel, Coldwater, Rick (Phyllis) Rammel, Coldwater, Steve (Tonja) Rammel, Coldwater, and Randy (Angie) Rammel, Fort Recovery; three sisters, Janice (Herb) Grieshop, Celina, Marge (Fred) Dues, Coldwater, and Jane (Paul) Kaverman, Geneva, Ind.; and 13 grandchildren.
She was a longtime employee of the Jay School Corporation and a 1971 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, its Altar Sodality and church council and served as a CYO coordinator.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
