Alivia Lynn Fraley, 3 months, Celina, died at 5:03 p.m. Nov. 23, 2012, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.

She was born Aug. 30, 2012, in St. Marys, to Jordan and Ashley Makley Fraley.

Surviving are her parents; her brother, Landon Zimmerman, Celina; her grandmother, Tracy Fraley, St. Marys; four great-grandparents, Robert (Sherry) Weaver, St. Marys, Steve (Connie) Fowler, St. Marys; and her great-great-grandmother, Betty Weaver, St. Marys.

Deceased are her grandfather, Timothy Fraley, and her great-great-grandfather, Rex Weaver.

Funeral services are 3 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Moulton.
