Mary K. "Kathy" Helmstetter Crosiar, 66, Springfield, died Dec. 22, 2014, in St. Marys.

She was born Oct. 18, 1948, in Fort Wayne, Ind., to Ferd A. and Mary Helen Wieser Helmstetter.

Surviving are three brothers, James (Michele) Helmstetter, Pittsburgh, Pa., Thomas (Madeline) Helmstetter, Holland, Mich., and David (Valerie) Helmstetter, Charleston, W.Va.; and nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

She was a 1966 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and the Springfield Community Hospital School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse, having worked many years for the Springfield Regional Medical Center.

Her favorite pastimes included playing card games, solving crossword puzzles and spending time at Grand Lake St. Marys.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller–Long & Folk Funeral Home, High Street chapel, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.

Calling is 2–4 and 6–8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
