The 12th Annual Fall Harvest Festival at the Mercer County Fair grounds brought together many attraction. Entertaining attendees were antique car races, an antique tractor and engine show, garden tractor pulls along with crafts and a flea market.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
