Northwestern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Theodore Fleck
Theodore Joseph Fleck, infant son of Ryan & Michelle (Homan) Fleck of Cincinnati, was born 10:53 am and died at 11:47 am on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He is also survived by brothers Brady, age 4 and Benjamin, age 2; grandparents Mary Jane & Eugene Homan of Coldwater and Paul & Carol Fleck of St. Sebastian; and a great grandmother Wilma Link of Ft. Recovery.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Shirley Fleck.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at St. Sebastian Church. Burial will follow in St. Sebastian Cemetery.
