Workers refurbish a section of Bella's Italian Grille in Celina on Tuesday and install new windows, revealing the old sign for the Midway Resort on Grand Lake. The former business was active along West Bank Road during the 1950s and part of the 1960s, Bella's co-owner Tony Fleck said.
