Rodney Wint
Former Coldwater resident Rodney A. Wint, 48, of Tipp City, died at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 12, 2008, at his home. Death was due to cancer.
He was born March 10, 1959, in Coldwater, to William and Mary Duane Forsthoefel Wint, who are deceased. On Oct. 22, 1994, he married Sharon Dahlinghaus, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Claire, at home; two sisters, Rena (Larry) Sudhoff and Rona (Shane) Dellinger, all of Coldwater; and a mother-in-law, Mary Louise Dahlinghaus, Maria Stein.
He worked at Reynolds & Reynolds in Kettering. He was a 1977 graduate of Coldwater High School and attended the Sinclair Community College School of Business. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, both of Tipp City.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Revs. Rick Walling and Marc Sherlock officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
